The following details outline the protocols to be implemented in response to anomalous activity at Site-96. The release of this information is important for understanding the scope of Site Ninety-Six's purpose. A detailed rationale for declassification will be provided upon inquiry.

Incident Report: Site 96 Breach of Protocol
